LONELY PLANET have published their 8th guide to Taiwan, so I picked up a copy and began checking for errors. (More on that later in the month).
The book is over-priced yet essential for first-time visitors. A good starting point. A lot of work involved in the compilation.
Taipei MRT rail stations have free maps and guides superior to any guide-book. A combination is still worthwhile.
A new MRT map of the entire network of rail stations has been reduced in size to a 3-page booklet the size or shape of a credit card. It’s free. Being tiny you may need to ask for it.
I’m going on a wheatgrass program of two shots per day – or when available. In basement B3 of Q-store (near Taipei main Station) is a good juice bar where the first samples were obtained. Use lift No.6
Speaking of Taipei Main Station, at the airport and elsewhere I note it was being called simply Taipei Station.
